- Orders over £90.00 ship for free including oversized items except for pallet deliveries to UK mainland address in the RED ZONE which will be charged at an additional £76.00 per pallet. GREY ZONE please call for very competitive prices
- Orders under £90.00 in the RED ZONE incur a fixed standard shipping cost of £10.00.

All our deliveries are trackable we will send your products with a tracking code which you can find in “Your Account” with the rest of your order details.

Receiving your order / damaged or defective orders
A signature is required on delivery of all our deliveries.
On initial inspection – when the goods are delivered to you.
We ask that you take the time to check that the packaging is intact. If the outer packaging appears to be damaged on inspection we ask you to write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged. You should then contact us within 24 hours. We will then arrange for the goods to be uplifted from you and a replacement will be provided free of charge.
On removal of packaging – when the goods are in your possession
We request that you inspect goods fully within 24 hours of them being delivered to you. If once you have removed all the packaging, you find that the goods are damaged, please contact us directly by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for the goods to be uplifted from you (free of charge) for inspection/examination. Once an inspection/examination and investigation has been carried out we will contact you again regarding our decision.
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. You can contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date, parcels will NOT be delivered to an alternative address nor will it be left unattended. If the carrier cannot deliver after 2 attempts the product will be returned to ourselves and you the customer will bear the cost for re-delivery.
Your right to cancel
As a consumer, you automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person – unless the item is made to your personal specifications (i.e. custom made or made to measure). Your 14-day cooling-off period commences as soon as your order is received either at your own address or an alternative address specified by you. There does not need to be anything wrong with the item in order for you to cancel your order and receive a full refund. It just means that you have changed your mind and no longer want this item.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch.
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, you have a further 14 days in which to arrange for the goods to be returned to our premises. You are required to return unused goods using a suitable trackable delivery service. You are liable to bear the cost of returning unused goods to our premise.
Where possible, we request that you return unused goods to us in their original packaging. On inspection of the goods, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount reflecting the diminished value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling, obvious signs of use and/or misuse by you, the consumer.

Return of goods
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, you have a further 14 days in which to arrange for the goods to be returned to us.

You, the consumer, must bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our premises. It is advisable that when returning items to us that you use a trackable delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for loss of any returned goods in transit, non-delivery of returned items to our premises or items returned to us, which have been damaged in transit,
Upon receipt and successful inspection of your returned items a full refund will be given within 14 days.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
Items we supply are required to comply with the contract.
You should check all items that you have received against your order. If any items that you have received are faulty or damaged or not as stated on your order, then we request that you contact us as soon as possible with an outline of your complaint (Either by post, phone or email only). You must then return the item(s) to our premises, as soon as possible,(and where possible, in their original packaging).
Once an inspection/examination and investigation of your returned items has been carried by us, we will contact you again regarding our decision.
If returned items (on inspection/examination and investigation by us) bear no obvious signs of misuse and do not comply with the contract (or are faulty, mis-described or not fit for the particular purpose for which they were bought) then we will endeavour to resolve your complaint in line with your consumer rights, as follows: .
- Within 30 days of receipt of the goods you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund.
- From 30 days after receipt of the goods and up to the first 6 months, we will arrange for a repair or replacement of the goods and, if this does not work, a refund.
Once you agree to return the goods to us we will bear the return postage costs of the faulty or damaged goods, providing the goods have been used in accordance with all necessary instructions and there is no obvious signs of misuse by you, the consumer.
If after the first six months from the date at which the goods came into your possession, a fault with your goods that you have purchased has come to light, you may (on our inspection, examination and investigation of this fault) be offered a partial refund, repair or replacement, depending on the age of the item and its usage.

Returns policy – exchanged goods
If you wish to exchange the goods you have bought for an alternative item (after the 14 day cooling off period has expired), we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable alternative, where possible.
Please contact us in the first instance, to advise us that you wish to return the item to us and arrange for a suitable replacement/exchange.
Please be aware that you are liable to pay both packaging and delivery costs if you choose to exchange your item for a suitable alternative. You will also be liable to pay a delivery cost if we are able to send you a suitable alternative item. You must use a trackable delivery service when returning items to our premises.

This does not affect your statutory rights as explained above.
We do not accept returns on made to order or cut to size products, nor issue refunds for made to order or cut to size products that we supply to you upon your request.
